An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until May 26, 2022
Practice trap shooting every Thursday from 4 PM to 10 PM. Member /Junior $6, Non-member $8 per round of 25 targets
Optional spring league April 7 – May 26
Entry fee is $20 per week, (member and nonmember) 25 singles & 25 23yard handicap targets. All shooters that end league with scores for 7 weeks can shoot the jackpot Lewis on week 8. Jack pot Lewis will pay out $1 per shooter entered each week plus $6 per shooter entered in week 8. Jack pot Lewis will be paid on total 400 targets. Lewis is going to pay 4 classes 1 place and ties divide money.
Each squad will be shooting for hi-gun & green bird meat prize on each 25 bird event. You must declare that you are shooting the league and pay or your score will not be recorded. Sign up for League closes at 8 PM each night. Each shooter is allowed to enter the league one time each night! One lucky looser wins money each week!
Shooters are allowed to shoot a maximum of 2 make ups at the next shoot after missing a shoot or shoots. Shooters are allowed to shoot one week ahead if they know that will miss the next shoot. Make ups and shooting ahead will cost $20 each because the shooter will be eligible for the Lewis money at the end of the league. No shooters will be allowed to shoot the jack pot Lewis event on week 8 if they join the league after the 3rd week (will need to shoot 2 make ups that night) because they will not have 7 scores to be eligible for Jackpot Lewis money. Any shooter may shoot and win weekly Lewis money or meat prizes, but Only shooters with 7 weekly scores can shoot for jack pot Lewis money.
ATA rules apply to shoots, failure to fire, ammo regulations, safety and scoring. Any thing not covered by ATA rules will be governed by the Oxford Gun Club trap captains at the shoot.
